  3. The last BS invented in the USA is that, since the complete name of nazism is national socialism, nazism was socialist. LMAO

  4. Oh I'm so glad someone else noticed that too. I even included definitons of them in a glossary when this group began because it was so predictable (see Notes).

Dio - not to worry, you can always get a vassal, like Britain, to fight on your behalf...

  5. As a generic concept, National Socialism opposes capitalism, communism, democratic socialism and liberalism.[1]

"opposes capitalism"? That was propaganda. The nazi party had dialogue with the German big business. And not only with the German one.

  7. wikipedia: Giacomo Matteotti (22 May 1885 - 10 June 1924) was an Italian socialist politician. On 30 May 1924, he openly spoke in the Italian Parliament alleging the Fascists committed fraud in the recently held elections, and denounced the violence they used to gain votes. Eleven days later he was kidnapped and killed, allegedly by members or supporters of the National Fascist Party. He was murdered on 10 June 1924, after the publication of his book The Fascist Exposed: A Year of Fascist Domination and two fierce and lengthy speeches in the Chamber of Deputies denouncing Fascism.

He was bundled into a car and stabbed several times with a carpenter's file as he was struggling to escape. His corpse was found 20 miles from Rome after an extensive search. It was not yet known who committed the murder but the killer was seen as a hero by many zealous fascists.

Five men (Amerigo Dumini - a prminent member of Fascist Ceka, Giuseppe Viola, Albino Volpi, Augusto Malacria and Amleto Poveromo) were later arrested for the crime. Only three were convicted and shortly after released under amnesty by king Victor Emmanule III; one, Filippo Panzeri, escaped before the arrest of his accomplices. It is very likely that mussolini ordered or was somehow involved in the assassination; in fact, a few months later (3 January 1925) he declared addressing the Parliament that he alone took "all political, moral and historical responsibility for all that has happened".

Historians of the time, including Justin Pollard and Denis Mack Smith, thought mussolini was probably aware of the assassination plot but that it was ordered and organized by someone else. However, recent studies by Mauro Canali revealed that mussolini probably did order the murder, as Matteotti uncovered and wanted to make public incriminating documents proving that mussolini and his associates sold to an American oil company (Sinclair Oil) exclusive rights to use all Italian oil reserves.

  8. Good to know more facts of the treasonous activities of American companies.

As for the military, we all know they prefer unfit heterosexuals to fit homosexuals.

  9. This is all the more reason to stop sending those who are fit and willing to fight useless unneeded wars.

It indicates a real problem, but the reason to fix it is not so that we can use more young people as military pawns. We need to stop skimping on our schools. We should not have to choose between training sharp minds and healthy bodies; both are necessary. If it takes longer days, longer terms, and more teachers, we should provide them without hesitation. The fetish of many Americans for avoiding taxes has a high cost: mediocrity, both mental and physical, of the next generation.

  10. Sithan would be more happy on this ;)

  11. LOL! One way to solve the problem would be to announce that in two years time all obese individuals (without medical reason) would be automatically called up for military service.

  12. If I'm correct, and I think I am, this clip is from a documentary "The Corporation". We watched it once in class, and afterwards I immediately ordered the DVD. I highly recommend watching the whole thing to anyone who wants to understand why corporate business is so vilified by so many these days.

I believe that corporations are not inherently this way - it's their historical development that went in the wrong direction. There are also examples of corporations doing good - too few examples, unfortunately. One of the preposterous things that led to corporate irresponsibility and lack of accountability was this "legal person" interpretation. Corporations are organizations of people, not persons, and that should be reflected in the legislation.

  13. OK, I finished watching the clip, and so I see it IS from "The Corporation" :))
