Got a couple of new DVD's to watch... maybe a review if I can be arsed. I think I'll go for Gary Oldman in 'Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy', as for some reason 'Red State' leaves a bad taste in my mouth... ;) Also in the queue is Machine Gun Preacher, still! And last seen was 'District 9', brilliant South African alien flick with strong political undertones. I've noticed a few people seem overdosed on news & politics of late.. desensitized and past caring. I figure my regression to watching Sci-Fi is a symptom of the same thing. Is that just me, is it the time of year, or what?

Red State was much better... gung ho shoot 'em up with Kevin Smith's trademark black humour. Like 'Dogma' with Tarantino, Westboro Baptist Church and David Koresh thrown in... and disturbing in that it could happen in America.

AntwortenLöschenDodgy disc from Lovefilm destroyed my laptop's cd tray, Jan. Impossible to prove it was their disc did it, so they've cost me repairs... external cd/dvd into USB port isn't expensive, but I keep falling short of getting round to buying one lol. Lovefilm will never get a penny from me ever again.
